一、Sino-foreign joint research and development to achieve a qualitative leap

Material change

        The overall shock absorber is made of 7075 aviation aluminum. The inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder are hard anodized, and the thermal deformation of the barrel is reduced by 6 times. It can effectively control the damping attenuation of the damper, and the weight is guaranteed at -30 °C. The stability of the damper damping force up to 180 °C is greatly improved compared to the -30 ° C to 140 ° C of the general 6-series aluminum.

Body and core change

        It adopts 62mm outer diameter cylinder and 22mm high strength core, which is thicker and stronger in impact resistance.

Sealing system change

Core

     The 22mm high-strength chrome-plated core is used in the same model as the rally, which is resistant to impact and metal fatigue.

Barrel
